We will repair any defect in material or workmanship in the product, or at its option, replace a defective product.
This warranty does not cover those resulting from acts of accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, or unauthorized repair of the product.
About the Signature of Delivery:
You MUST inspect the goods,such as the label,the package If It's to be demaged,also the quantities is enough when you receive the goods from the transport company,
If you find the products you got are not the same as the items according to your order P/I,please reject the package,refuse to sign the Airway Bill or B/L,and to contact us as soon as possible.
We will contact the transport company for more detalis.
RESUN will not be responsible for these problem if the customer does not check the products and the label when they get the products from the Courier.
